# Playwright Test Case AI Insights

> Read the AI diagnosis for a single test case, including its confidence score, suggested fix, and what shows while it generates.

AI Insights explains why this test case failed or was flaky and what to do next. The tab appears on failed and flaky test cases once the test run finishes, and includes confidence scores and recommended actions.

1. **Category and Confidence Score:** Current AI label with confidence. Update it through feedback.

2. **AI Recommendations:** Primary evidence and likely cause, linked to recent changes when relevant.

3. **Historical Insight:** Behavior across recent runs to show whether this is new or recurring.

4. **Quick Fixes:** Targeted changes to try first. Validate locally or in a branch.

## While the analysis is generating

TestDino generates the analysis the first time you open a failed or flaky test case, so the card can appear before the text is ready.

| What you see | What it means |
| :- | :- |
| Placeholder lines in the card | The analysis is still generating. It fills in on its own, with no action from you. |
| The AI analysis did not finish | Generation did not complete in time. Reload the page to try again. |
| Could not load the AI analysis | The analysis failed to load. Every other section on the tab still works. |
| No AI Insights card in the tab | There is no analysis to show for this test case. |

An error in this card is contained to the card. Status, evidence, attempts, and history are unaffected.
